Brand Ownership Notice

Medical Sutures® is a trading brand owned by Astflick Holdings Ltd.

The Medical Sutures brand name, trademarks, logos and associated intellectual property are the property of Astflick Holdings Ltd and are used under licence by Astflick Group Ltd.

Astflick Group Ltd is the contracting entity responsible for all sales, orders and website use.

1. Definitions

"Company", "we", "us" or "our" refers to Astflick Group Ltd trading as Medical Sutures.

"Brand Owner" refers to Astflick Holdings Ltd, the owner of the Medical Sutures brand and intellectual property.

"Customer" refers to the purchaser of goods.

"Business Customer" means a person or organisation acting wholly or mainly for the purposes of their trade, business, craft or profession.

"Goods" means products supplied by the Company.

2. Business Customers Only

This website supplies products exclusively to business, professional and institutional customers.

By placing an order you confirm that you are purchasing:

• in the course of your business or professional activity
• not as a private consumer

Orders are accepted only from professional users such as:

• hospitals
• medical clinics
• dental practices
• veterinary practices
• laboratories
• universities
• research institutions
• trained healthcare professionals

By placing an order you confirm that you are acting as a Business Customer.

We reserve the right to refuse supply where we reasonably believe the purchaser is not acting in the course of a business.

3. Professional Use Only

Products supplied by Medical Sutures are intended for professional use by trained personnel.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that products are used in accordance with appropriate professional standards and clinical practice.

Astflick Group Ltd does not provide clinical advice and accepts no liability for clinical decisions or treatment outcomes.

4. Orders & Contract Formation

All orders are subject to acceptance by Astflick Group Ltd.

A contract is formed only once we have issued an order confirmation or dispatched goods.

We reserve the right to:

• refuse orders
• cancel orders
• limit quantities supplied

5. Prices & VAT

All prices are shown in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.

Prices exclude VAT unless otherwise stated.

VAT will be charged at the applicable rate where required.

Prices may change without notice.

6. Payment

Payment is required at the time of order unless a credit account has been approved.

Approved business accounts may be granted credit terms subject to approval.

Late payments may incur interest in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

We reserve the right to suspend supply where payment is overdue.

7. Delivery

Delivery times quoted on the website or by our staff are estimates only.

Typical delivery time is approximately 3–5 working days from dispatch.

Delivery times may vary depending on stock availability, courier performance and delivery location.

Customers must ensure that goods required for procedures or scheduled operations are ordered with sufficient contingency time.

Customers must not rely on estimated delivery times when scheduling surgery or clinical procedures.

Astflick Group Ltd shall not be liable for losses arising from delivery delays including but not limited to:

• cancelled surgery
• delayed clinical procedures
• loss of theatre time
• patient treatment delays
• loss of revenue

Delivery services are performed by third-party courier companies and delays outside our control may occur.

Damage or shortages must be reported within 5 working days.

Missing deliveries must be reported within 10 working days.

8. Sterile Medical Product Integrity

Many products supplied are sterile medical devices.

Once products leave our supply chain we cannot guarantee sterility if goods are returned.

For reasons of patient safety, sterile products cannot be returned where packaging has been opened or sterility may have been compromised.

9. Returns Policy

Returns are not accepted as standard due to the sterile nature of many products supplied.

Where a return is authorised by Astflick Group Ltd, this is entirely at our discretion.

If accepted:

• goods must be unused
• packaging must be sealed
• goods must be within expiry date
• products must be suitable for resale

No cash refunds will be issued for authorised returns.

The value of returned goods will be issued as a credit note only, redeemable against future purchases.

All returns remain subject to inspection.

10. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute does not cancel the underlying contract of sale.

Where a chargeback occurs we reserve the right to:

• suspend supply
• cancel outstanding orders
• pursue payment for goods supplied
• recover administrative costs

Goods retained by the customer remain payable in full.

11. Ownership of Goods

Ownership of goods remains with Astflick Group Ltd until payment has been received in full.

Until payment has been made:

• goods must be stored safely
• goods must remain identifiable as our property
• goods must not be resold where payment remains outstanding

Where payment becomes overdue we reserve the right to recover goods.

12. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

For business customers liability is limited to the value of goods supplied.

We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses including loss of profit or business interruption.

13. Intellectual Property

The Medical Sutures brand, logos, images and website content are the intellectual property of Astflick Holdings Ltd.

Content may not be reproduced without written permission.

14. Right to Refuse Supply

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel supply where we reasonably believe:

• products may be misused
• orders are placed by non-professional purchasers
• payment disputes have occurred
• fraudulent behaviour has occurred

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

16. Acceptance

By placing an order through this website you confirm that you:

• are purchasing as a Business Customer
• accept these Terms and Conditions
• understand sterile products cannot be returned unless faulty
• accept delivery estimates are not guaranteed
